It’s simple! Step 1: Choose a story and upload clear images of your child. Step 2: Our team customizes the book with your child’s name and illustration. Step 3: The final book is printed (if selected) and shipped to you.

We understand that uploading personal photos online is scary, which is why your privacy is our top priority. The images you upload are only used to create your child’s personalized book and are automatically deleted within 5 days of you receiving your order. We do not store, share, or use them for any other purpose. Your memories stay safe with you.

We take quality seriously, but if your book arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Since each book is custom-made, we can only offer returns and refunds in the following cases: If the book arrives damaged. If the customization is incorrect (e.g., the wrong child’s name or image).

Once your book is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
